Excellent transfer experience. Fernando’s communication was top-notch. Before the pick-up he checked how much luggage we had, sent us a photo of himself so we could recognise him, and then sent us a message when he arrived. If I could give a half star I would, I booked this months ago in advance confirmed the pick-up times well in advanced and today was so disappointed, my party of 9 waited over 2 hrs after our pickup time, and numerous unanswered calls only to be accused of not confirming, he said as a inconvenience he would drop us to a destination of our choice, which we choose the Florida mall, so he said he would wait while we dropped our bags at the hotel, well while on the lift I got a txt from him saying he had to go he had another job. Really so rude, we got ditched. Never again. Avoid them book elsewhere!!!!
